Catch Up in iOS shows you all of the most recent task and project activities across an entire team. For this reason, it’s the perfect landing page when you log in for the day and want to bring yourself up to speed, or while you’re on the go and want to keep up with new activity. You can access it any time by tapping "Catch Up" in the side panel.

You can choose between two feeds: “Catch Up” and "Review." The first, Catch Up, shows you the activities you’ve missed while you were away from Flow. Simply tap on the activity and you will brought to the task. When you’re done, you can clear activities by swiping them right.

Once you’ve marked all activities as reviewed, you’ll get a heads up on any tasks that you have due, are overdue or that are coming up on the horizon.

If you’ve missed an activity in “Catch Up” or just need to refer to it again, tap “Review”. This is a feed of all the activities you’ve caught up on or completed. To move an activity back to Catch Up, to review later, simply slide the activity left.
