Tips for Motivating Your Team After the Holidays

By Luke on January 5, 2012

Anyone who’s run a team knows these first few weeks back at work after the holidays can be tricky ones. Sure, your colleagues are returning from the break refreshed and rejuvenated (in theory), but then all that momentum you worked so hard to build the previous year seems to have gone down the drain like a half-empty glass of Jagermeister on new year’s morning.

You may have your own secrets when it comes to lighting fires under their collective a**es (and if you do, let us know about them!) but...

Upcoming Calendar

By Jake on November 7, 2011

The Upcoming list is Flow’s second most popular view. It’s easy to see why—it’s the quickest way to get a no-frills overview of what you have to do today and what’s coming up. Today, we’re very proud to introduce a huge improvement to Upcoming: calendars.

Now you can view your tasks by day, week, and month, or in the same list you’ve been used to. Not only are calendars a great way to see what’s on your plate, they’re a great way to organize it. Create new tasks, drag them between days, and...

By Luke on October 25, 2011

Today we’re excited to introduce a new task form that makes creating tasks as easy and fast as writing a list on paper. It’s called the Quick Task Bar.

The Quick Task Bar is available in your Inbox and lists that are sorted...

First off, you’ll notice that the activity feed on task pages has a brand new look. In the past, even simultaneous actions by one person would be displayed as completely separate activities. The new design groups all consecutive activities and comments by a single person:
